The mission of the HEAL & ME group is to deliver to the healthcare community, from a multidisciplinary perspective: education, research and extension oriented towards the development and application of techniques and practices to improve health processes and services, through the use of methodologies of management and strategy, analytics and information technologies, operational research and resilience engineering.
